Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, so anyone who can read that email can sign in as you; keep it secure. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your content

What you drop in and write stays yours. You let us store, process and show it only to run Curipouch for you and the AIs you connect.

Pages, newsletters, videos and posts belong to their publishers. Curipouch keeps them for your personal use.

AIs you connect

You choose which AIs can read and change your pouch, and you can disconnect them at any time. What an AI does with what it reads is up to you and its provider. What you keep is material for the AI to use, never instructions it must follow.

Acceptable use

Don't use Curipouch to:

• keep or send content that is illegal, or spam;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits;
• access other people's accounts or data.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

Free and Pro

Free includes 200 MB of storage, full text for 30 links a month and 3 subscriptions. Pro costs $5 a month or $48 a year, billed through Stripe in US dollars, and includes 20 GB and no limit on full text or subscriptions. YouTube transcripts (+$3 a month) and X bookmark sync (+$5 a month) are add-ons to Pro.

New accounts get Pro free for 14 days, once; no card is needed and nothing is charged. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for; we don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it. If Pro ends, your content stays. When your storage is full, new things you drop in wait for you to make room or upgrade, and email from subscriptions is received but not kept. We'll tell you before a price change applies to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Curipouch running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Mail sent to your address while the service is down may be delayed or lost. We may change or retire features. You can export everything at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Curipouch isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Curipouch and delete your account yourself at any time. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We'll tell you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using Curipouch after that, the new terms apply.
